This album is well produced, well recorded and well pressed. Perhaps an eight 8. 5 out of ten with only a minor tick or pop and only in the quiet passages. This Majestic number / type 55 tube was tested on our Paul Hart-calibrated TV7/U for shorts gas and transconductance

It measured 52/55 where minimum (65%) is 38 and 100% is 58

It is MM wide from the extreme left to the tip of the winding stem on the right

I have played them in my Radio Craftsmen RC-2 monoblocks (with adapters -- not included) and they sound outstanding

Tube One measured 43 while Tube Two measured 58 were minimum (65%) is 36 and 100% is 55

This matched pair of Raytheon black glass 6V6GT output tubes was tested on our Maxi-Matcher 2 at real operating voltages of 400 volts on the plates and a bias of -36 volts for shorts
